**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Raw materials quality management and work with related departments for further improvement plan.
- Production quality management and set up standard and process, co-work with others region team.
- Training plan and system maintenance.
- Customer quality management and cross-department quality improvement support.
- Production RMA quality data management.
- Internal/External communication and quality activities handling.
- Procedure creation and maintenance.
- Manage team for the best of product quality

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or above for engineering background.
- 10+ years of quality control experience in computer/server field.
- Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
- Good communication/ coordination skills.
- Good English ability.
