Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 1. To assist tender / contract reviews, preparing contracts documents, negotiation with contractors, contracts administration and drafting contractual correspondences.

( 协助投标/合同审查、准备合同文件、与承包商谈判、合同管理和起草合同信函 )

2. Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling from sub
- quotation relevant contractor/suppliers.Able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering projects (pre-contract) based on the tender drawings and documents

( 負責准备投标文件，包括與相关承包商/供应商的估價單。能够根据招标图和文件计算招标项目（预合同）的施工成本 )

3. To invite sub-contractors of various traders to submit quotations for the projects, evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the contractor.

( 邀请各分包商提交项目报价，根据承包商的必要價格对报价进行评估 )

4. To prepare tender documents including measurements and Bills of Quantities.

( 准备招标文件，包括测量和工程量清单 )

5. To prepare cost estimates.

( 准备成本估算 )

6. To handle progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final account.

( 处理进度驗收款、场地估价、設計變更和决算 )

7. To attend all project meetings.

( 参加所有工程会议 )

**REQUIREMENTS**:
( 候选人必须至少拥有工料测量文凭/学位或同等学历 )

2.Minimum at least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

( 至少3-4年相关领域工作经验 )

3.Preferably who is specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

( 工料测量专业或同等学历者优先 )

( 候选人将担任该职位的工料测量师 )

5.Has good working knowledge in standard forms, contract administration, construction claim as well as reviewing and drafting of contracts.

( 在标准表格、合同管理、施工索赔以及合同审查和起草方面具有良好的工作知识)

6.Self motivated and independently.

7.Posses own transport.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (preferred)
