We are offering internship opportunities for students majoring in **Halal Science**, **Food Science**, **Biotechnology**, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in **Halal Compliance** and **Quality Assurance & Control (QAQC)**. As an intern, you will be working closely with our regulatory and QA team, learning real-world practices in halal certification, food safety management, and manufacturing quality protocols.

**Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:Halal Executive (Halal Compliance)**
- Assist in preparing documentation for halal certification and audits (e.g., JAKIM).
- Support in monitoring halal-compliant raw materials, suppliers, and processes.
- Learn how to implement and maintain the Halal Assurance System (HAS).
- Participate in internal halal audits and training programs.
- Assist in compiling records and reports for halal compliance reviews.

**QAQC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)**
- Assist in routine quality inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
- Support in preparing QAQC reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Help conduct sensory evaluations and product testing.
- Learn to identify, document, and follow up on non-conformances.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Halal Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Passionate about halal compliance, food safety, and quality systems.
- Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**.
- Basic knowledge of halal certification and food production is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM300.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
