JOB DESCRIPTION


•Acts as a receptionist; answers the telephone and provides information as required.


•Collaborate with HR and Admin departments to address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by interns.


•Assist in organizing events or activities related to the internship program to enhance the overall experience for interns.


•Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Example time sheet, petty cash if required and advise by superior.


•Manage the office area, keeping it tidy and organized.


•Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents.


•Drafting letters and memos, as directed by supervisor only.


•Performs office clerical duties in support of an assigned department or division; receives and directs telephone calls and visitors; provides information on department or division services and operations.


•Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
