Menerima arahan Pegawai Atasan sebelum menjalankan tugas. - Melaporkan sebarang masalah berkenaan system SAP II. - Merekod “Notification”, “Work Order” dan “Purchase Requisition” untuk “urgent part’ bengkel. - Merekod “Notification”, “Work Order’” dan Purchase Requisition” untuk “urgent part” bagi kenderan cawangan yang diperbaiki di bengkel. - Merekod “Work Order” dan “Purchase Requisition” bagi kenderaan yang dibaiki diluar bengkel “External Service”. - Merekod “Work Order’ dan “Purchase Requisition” bagi ‘’direct charge order” yang dipesan oleh mekanik bengkel. - Merekod “Work Order” dan “Purchase Requisition” bagi pembaikan kenderaan “open vendor”. - Merekod “Time confirmation’’ dalam system SAP II. - Memastikan setiap “Purchase Requisition” yang dibuka tidak mengalami sebarang masalah dengan pihak “purchaser” dan pihak Bengkel. - Memastikan setiap alat ganti yang ditempah sampai pada waktunya dan bertepatan dengan pesanan dari mekanik. - Memastikan “material code” bagi setiap alat ganti telah dibuat bagi memudahkan proses menempah alat ganti. - Memastikan setiap kerja yang telah selesai pembaikan diproses bagi” Technical Complete” (TECO). - Menyediakan laporan tentang status terkini “Work Order” dan “Purchase Requisition” alat ganti yang ditempah. - Menyediakan laporan tentang status terkini “Work Order” dan “Purchase Requisition” bagi kenderaan yang dibaiki diluar bengkel “External Service”. - Menyediakan laporan tentang status terkini “Notification”, “Work Order” dan “Purchase Requisition” yang telah dibuat kepada Planner atau Pegawai Atasan. - Melaporkan permasalah yang berlaku apabila E-AKBK>PERFEKTO>SAP (Work Order) dibuat berpandukan E-AKBK yang diterima dari cawangan. - Memastikan kawasan persekitaran bersih dan peralatan di tempat kerja berada di dalam keadaan baik. - Memastikan dan mengemaskini semua dokumen berkaitan difailkan dengan teratur. - Memastikan kualiti kerja sentiasa mengikut KPI yang telah disediakan. - Melaksanakan tugas yang diarahkan oleh Pihak Pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa. **Spesifikasi Pekerjaan** - Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang yang diiktiraf. - Mahir dalam penggunaan komputer. - Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang yang berkaitan. - **Graduan baharu digalakkan untuk memohon.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: Remote
