We are seeking a Junior Communications Executive will assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to support the organization’s internal and external messaging.

This includes supporting content creation, digital media, public relations, and event management. The role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong writing skills, creativity, and an interest in organizing events.

**Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Editing**
- Draft articles, and social media posts.
- Proofread and edit communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

**2. Digital & Social Media Management**
- Maintain and update the organization’s website and social media channels..

**3. Event Management & Travel Management**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, such as staff events, and community outreach programs and
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, AV setup, and event materials.
- Support onsite event management, registration, and attendee engagement.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery
- Manage travel desk for the company and MD

**4. Internal Communications**
- Support drafting and distribution announcements
- Assist in coordinating internal staff engagement activities

**5. Administrative Support**
- Maintain communications archives and databases.
- Support the admin team as needed
- Assist in scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Event Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and experience in communications or events is an advantage.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willing to work flexible hours during events.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
