We’re seeking a dynamic **Social Media Executive** to craft compelling content strategies and engage digital audiences across Hive’s communities. In this role, you will:

- **Develop and implement creative content strategies** to drive engagement and generate leads across various digital communities.
- **Lead and mentor** a team of junior content writers, helping them refine their writing skills and enhance their storytelling abilities.
- **Translate complex topics** into clear, engaging content that aligns with community voices, including social media posts.
- **Utilize social media management tools** to plan, schedule, and optimize content distribution for maximum reach and efficiency.
- **Monitor and analyze performance metrics,** providing reports and insights to continuously improve social media effectiveness.
- **Manage customer interactions** by responding promptly to inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive online experience.
- **Collaborate on innovative ideas** to enhance content impact, refine strategies, and boost engagement.
- **Plan and execute campaigns and events,** including branding initiatives, online promotions, e-commerce marketing, and B2B partnerships.

**Job Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor’s Degree** (or higher) in Advertising, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Content Management, or a related field.
- **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Strong understanding of social media platforms** and content best practices.
- **Proficiency in content management and scheduling tools.**:

- A proactive approach to **staying ahead of social media trends** and emerging industry developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
