**Job Title**: Social Media Specialist

Are you a social media guru with a passion for creating engaging content, building brand presence, and driving results? We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence across various platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and our company websites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and curate high-quality content for all social media channels.
- Manage and schedule social media posts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical skills to track and report on key social media metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
