**Social Media Specialist - Job Description BRUNO DIVISION**

Are you a highly-motivated and creative critical thinker with a love for marketing communications on digital platforms? Can you grasp big-picture concepts without losing sight of how the smaller details contribute to the greater story?

In this role, you will work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager in executing a variety of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will also work to assist other departments (including but not limited to Offline Marketing, E-Commerce, PR, Retail, Sales, and Finance) in digital marketing matters whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar role
- Strongly understands the usage of mechanics of social media including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Stays current on digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends
- Skilful in filming video content such as Reels
- Have an eye for design to curate high quality digital content
- An excellent command of written and verbal English, fluent in written Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly-organised
- Able to work on multiple projects with concurrent deadlines and deliver work to high standards
- A positive and highly-motivated self-starter, driven with the desire to continuously learn, improve, and grow
- An agile and independent worker who also has collaborative teamwork skills, with mínimal need for supervision
- A fast learner, receptive to constructive feedback and always eager to improve
- Familiarity with digital design tools (Canva and/ or Adobe CS) are a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Develop social media content plans that are consistent with BRUNO brand identity
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Develop and execute social media campaigns
- Track and monitor the performance of Facebook & Instagram content, gaining insights and assessing against goals
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance report on all social media content postings
- Work closely with the graphic designer develop visual assets in line with BRUNO brand identity
- Perform other duties when needed

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
