**Role Overview**:
As the Social Media Specialist, you are responsible for managing and growing our presence across multiple social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8, LinkedIn, or any applicable social media platform. Your role is crucial in creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and fostering a strong online community. Below is a detailed outline of your responsibilities, goals, and expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content for XHS, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Implement and refine social media strategies to align with marketing goals and drive brand awareness.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media platforms to foster a strong online community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design and any other relevant teams to ensure cohesive and compelling content.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our social media presence innovative and effective.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Online and Offline Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer collaborations.
- **Engagement Activities**: Organize and manage interactive activities such as polls, contests, and live sessions to increase engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- **Content Calendar**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting and timely content delivery.
- **User-Generated Content**: Encourage and curate user-generated content to enhance authenticity and community involvement.

**Expectations and Goals (OGSM Framework)**:

Enhance brand visibility and engagement across all social media platforms to contribute to the company's RM 20 million revenue target.

**Goals**:

- **Achieve a 10% Engagement Rate on All Social Media Platforms**:

- **Strategy**: Post interactive content such as polls, quizzes, and live videos regularly.
- **Measure**: Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) using social media analytics tools.
- **Double the Follower Count on Each Platform Within 12 Months**:

- **Strategy**: Run targeted social media ad campaigns and collaborate with influencers.
- **Measure**: Monitor follower growth monthly through platform analytics.
- **Increase Website Traffic from Social Media by 50% Within 9 Months**:

- **Strategy**: Optimize posts with clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and links to the website.
- **Measure**: Track referral traffic from social media using Google Analytics.
- **Improve Customer Response Rate to 95% Within 24 Hours**:

- **Strategy**: Implement a system for monitoring and responding to social media inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly.
- **Measure**: Track response times and rates using social media management tools.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
