**What will you need to do**:

- Develop creative and engaging content and social media strategies
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns with existing clients and potential prospects
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all clients’ social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms, where relevant
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Research and evaluate the latest social media trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyse competitor activity and additional audience and/or market research
- Able to recommend improvements to increase performance
- Manage a budget for social media activities

**You would be a good asset if you have**:

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Tenacity and flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Prior experience in a similar role and/or working with senior decision makers, overall client servicing and stakeholder management;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills for building and developing relationships with clients;
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills;
- Able to think positively and critically, using logical and analytical steps to problem solving;
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills i.e. Powerpoint, Excel, Word; and
- Have great attention to detail and be able to work independently in prioritizing your workload.
- Proficiency in Malay, English, and / or any other foreign language(s) are great advantages.

**What we require**:

- 1-5 years of experience with preference towards content creation, social media account management and project management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
