To support the Social Media Manager on the following tasks:

Social Media Execution

  • Prepare monthly/yearly schedule/timeline for assigned social media pages (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Youtube)
  • Discuss with internal team or Stakeholders on the execution of social media campaigns
  • Monitoring of the performances of Amway Malaysia social media pages and preparing reports
  • Respond to comments and enquiries in the social media pages and personal messaging
  • Execute admin tasks such as liaising with vendors on payment-related matters
  • Assist in achieving the KPIs set for the social media pages

Social Media Monitoring

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media listening strategy for all categories.
  • Monitor and collect data from Sprinklr social listening tool.
  • Conduct real-time content aggregation to facilitate tracking and monitoring.

Reporting and Insights

  • Generate monthly reports analyzing quantity, topic trends and sentiment (positive, negative, neutral).
  • Generate reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings, trends and recommendations to key stakeholders

Live Streaming

  • Provide stream key, manage live contests, respond to comments during live sessions and produce a dashboard performance report

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, with strong understanding of social media analytics
  • A people person with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in using these platforms / software: Hootsuite, SocialStatus, Microsoft Office, Canva. Knowledge in other related platforms is a bonus
  • Comfortable to work in a team, or independently.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be willing to travel, including on weekends when necessary.
  • Must be willing to work and attend events after office hours.
