Key Responsibilities

Content & Execution

  • Manage daily postings, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms (IG,TikTok, FB, 小红书).
  • Write engaging captions and ensure brand tone of voice is consistent.
  • Support the Senior Branding Designer with creative ideas and campaign execution.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Community & Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Build a genuine community by identifying trends, hashtags, and opportunities to boost organic visibility together with community marketing executive.
  • Co-work with the Senior Community Marketing team on influencer/KOL content amplification.

Campaign & Collaboration

  • Support campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing activities.
  • Assist in developing social media calendars aligned with campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance).
  • Provide actionable insights and quick adjustments to improve results.
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and platform change

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (fresh grads with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and 小红书.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong execution skills — ability to get things done quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborative mindset and able to work in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site at Sea Park, PJ

Salary Range RM3,000- RM4500- Depending on work experience.
