We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor and respond to interactions with followers to build a loyal and engaged community.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with other teams (design, content, sales) to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and budget.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content and adapt to various social platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
