Our client THELOT ASSOCIATES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Social Media Executive (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & XHS) to join their team

You will be responsible for creating trend-driven content, analyzing performance to optimize engagement, and supporting the team in managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.

What you'll be doing?
  • Manage social media: Oversee content creation, posting, and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.
  • Plan campaigns: Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor performance: Track digital metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Create content: Develop engaging visual and video content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordinate campaigns: Manage influencer engagement, KOL campaigns, and paid media advertising.
  • Respond to feedback: Maintain a strong brand reputation by promptly addressing comments, messages, and online feedback.
  • Stay updated: Keep abreast of digital and social media trends to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Ac-hoc duty: Perform additional tasks as required by superiors.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
  • Creative mindset: A creative, digital-savvy professional with a keen eye for visual storytelling and branding.
  • Design skills: Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Engaging content: Ability to produce compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content for digital and print platforms.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous in visual execution, brand consistency, and quality control.
  • Language proficiency: Strong writing and communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work during campaigns, weekends, and public holidays if required.
