What You Can Be Expected To Do:

A Social Media Specialist dedicates his/her effort to meticulous planning and to the execution of impactful social media strategies. They create and distribute compelling content across various platforms, actively engaging with their communities and audiences. Additionally, they measure success by analysing metrics and insights from each platform, continuously refining their approach to achieve optimal results.

Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance a company's online presence, he/she creates engaging content, manage social media accounts, and interact with the community to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

  1. Strategy Development: Plan and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community using the determined Brand Voice.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyse performance to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  4. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep the company's social media presence relevant and effective.
  5. Collaboration: Work with other departments to manage the company's social platform reputation, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure brand consistency.
  6. Platform Ownership: Maintain the company's official website, brand(s) website & all social media platforms.

What This Role Will Require:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is expected.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in running social media management (on e.g. Facebook & IG, XHS, TikTok) will be a significant advantage as well
  • Experience in Meta Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and local language.
  • People Management: Able to communicate directly or indirectly clearly with all parties (internal/external) to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
