Job Summary

A fast-growing digital agency is seeking an experienced and outgoing Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead campaign strategy, content direction, and client presentations. You'll manage marketing plans, prepare pitch decks, present and deliver impactful campaigns for brands across multiple industries. This role suits an extroverted marketer who communicates confidently, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn data and creativity into results.


Job Description
  • Plan and execute integrated social media and digital marketing strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other key platforms.
  • Oversee content calendars, ad performance, and creative direction with internal teams.
  • Prepare and present pitch decks, proposals, and performance reports to clients.
  • Conduct research on competitors, trends, and audience insights to support strategy.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and ad specialists to ensure brand consistency and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Lead campaign reviews and identify actionable optimisations.
  • Mentor junior marketers and support management in refining agency processes.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and digital innovations.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English — strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote for pitch deck creation.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Confident, extroverted personality — comfortable leading meetings and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to balance data insights and creative thinking.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
