At Dynamite Lab, we don't just post content, we light fuses.

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes ideas, trends, and good storytelling. Someone who can help us keep the social wheels turning, whether that means writing captions, finding fresh trends, or bringing campaigns to life with the team.

What You'll Do

  • Support day to day social operations for multiple brands (content calendars, posting, community management).
  • Assist with ideation and copywriting for social posts, campaigns, and reels.
  • Research trends, insights, and competitor movements to inspire creative ideas.
  • Help with short-form content creation: scripting, shoot prep, and basic video editing.
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager & Creatives to keep the calendar on track.
  • Track and organize performance data, tasks, and deliverables.

You'll Fit If You

  • Love writing, social trends, and the rhythm of fast-moving ideas.
  • Are comfortable juggling multiple brands and deadlines.
  • Have an eye for what works on social — you notice why something went viral.
  • Are eager to learn from strategists, creatives, and designers.
  • Know your way around Canva, CapCut, or other content tools (a plus, not a must).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
  • Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, Journalism, Design, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Bonus if you can also communicate or write in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia for localized content.
  • Basic familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit at least 12 weeks of full-time internship (longer preferred)
