About the Role

We're looking for a creative and motivated Digital & Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will assist in managing social media channels, creating engaging content, tracking performance metrics, and supporting brand related features & campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital strategy, content creation, and online brand building.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS etc.)

· Engage with audiences online, responding to comments, messages, and community interactions

· Monitor social media trends, tools, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

· Track and report social media analytics and campaign performance

· Help develop creative assets, including visuals, short videos, and written posts

· Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

· Research emerging platforms and digital best practices

Requirements

· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends

· Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools a plus)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Creative thinker with attention to detail

· Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
