The Role

At Dynamite Lab, we don't just post content. We light fuses.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will take ownership of day-to-day brand management across social channels. The role blends project management, client communication, and smart content planning. It is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys collaboration, and has a sharp eye for what works on social. You will help turn strategies into action, working with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life that drive real business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily client communication and project timelines to ensure smooth delivery across campaigns and always-on work.
  • Build monthly content calendars and social media plans aligned with each brand's goals.
  • Write and review captions, social copies, and in-feed storytelling that reflect the brand voice and fit each platform.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and KOLs to ensure content quality and timely delivery.
  • Track post and campaign performance using platform analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Compile monthly reports with clear learnings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, cultural trends, and social formats that can inspire stronger ideas.
  • Support senior strategists in shaping channel-ready content based on overall direction.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong in project and client management, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities smoothly.
  • A good eye for content and visuals, with an instinct for what captures attention.
  • Confident writer and storyteller with social-first thinking.
  • Clear communicator who can present ideas to both internal teams and clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about how social media can build brands and spark business results.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or advertising.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience in managing content calendars, campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and basic project management platforms.
