About The Role

From detangling complicated situations to driving better experiences for customers, or engaging a social community, you'll be the go-to expert. You will also be given the opportunity to plan and execute social media content. You are encouraged to regularly propose new, unique ways to approach challenges that come along your way.

You can identify opportunities to efficiently repurpose existing ideas in new ways for both customer care and social media. You will have the opportunity to think critically beyond the status-quo, and balance it with the ability to identify smart and analytical solutions.

You're expected to represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

What you'll do:


• Deliver exceptional experience to our customers via the voice and non-voice channel.


• Provide support on all Inside Scoop's owned social media channels within set timeline and

KPIs.


• Perform outbound call or investigation for certain cases (if necessary) and complete

documentation for each interaction with customers.


• Stay up to date with all marketing campaigns.


• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; empathizing

with the customer, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best

solution to solve the problem; coordinate with various departments for resolution; escalate

if needed and following up to ensure resolution.


• Able to operate independently and prioritize your work based on what you know is most

important.


• Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer's inquiry.


• Own special escalation cases, research and troubleshoot problems, deliver on all deadlines

and flawlessly execute in a fast-paced environment.


• Provide support for planning of social media content calendars and the execution of the

content needed.


• Flexible in changing shift schedules and work during weekend.

Here are the kinds of skills we're looking for:


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience working in customer care or social media community management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok) is a plus.


• Passion for all things social - staying on top of the latest trends, platform updates, as well as local nuances of consumer behaviour.


• Defines opportunities to add value and proceed with little oversight.


• Strong cultural curiosity and understanding of current trends.


• Creative copywriting is a plus.


• Up-to-date on local internet lingo is a plus.


• A fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin speaker with excellent written skills


• Be customer/consumer-oriented
