**Role Overview**
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives. This role involves content creation, community management, analytics, and staying abreast of social media trends
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Define target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Foster and grow the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and brand mentions.
- Utilize paid social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment.
- Respond promptly to negative comments or situations and mitigate reputational risks.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
