**Role Expectation**

You are a detail-oriented, analytical fanatic ambitious in joining a motivated and driven marketing team. You will be a part of the organization's junior management leading the social media team to strategically tell stories to build significant online presence for leads generation and ultimately driving the success of the organization.

**So what will you be doing?**
- Provide guidance and support to team members and assigned team members' work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Social Media team ads performance, ads optimization, ads budget, social media page management, pixel management, and metrics reporting.
- Responsible for facilitating communication between various business units and stakeholders about social media activities.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors' social media activities and propose suggestions to keep the organization ahead of competitors.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in social media marketing.
- Conducting research and analysis to improve the organization's social media operations performance.
- Supervise employees' work and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducting interview, selection, and training of new team members.
- Initiate and propose suggestions and work on improvement plans to achieve and excel set targets.
- Assist to manage and lead the Social Media team to achieve set out targets.

**We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,**
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients)
- At least 2 years of working experience in social media marketing or marketing domain.
- Need to have the ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders across different teams and departments.
- Experience in managing social media accounts/pages and have experience in running social media adverts, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
- Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Experience in managing social media platforms will be an added advantage (i.e. LinkedIn, XHS and Tiktok).
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
