**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices, including their algorithms and pertinent engagement metrics.
- Understanding the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid social media advertisements and other marketing campaigns.
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined, good at time management, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task, is self-motivated, independent, and is able to follow instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Malay, Tamil, and Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
- Creative, easy-going, and can adapt to sudden deadlines.
- Familiar with B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
