1. To plan brand’s social media content calendar with caption to upload onto the brand’s social media platforms, in accordance to brand guidelines.

2. To research, plan, and execute photoshoots and create videos of products for the brand’s social media platforms.

3. To answer customer enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, Tidio (Website LiveChat), and Shopee Chat on daily basis.

4. To identify and connect with potential KOL’s on Instagram / Tiktok / Twitter to review products, and ensure posting based on brand and product guidelines.

5. To help initiate, plan and execute company events and brand’s campaigns.

6. To conduct live sessions to explain products on brand’s Tiktok Shop and/or Shopee.

7. To keep track of market and consumer trends, competition as well as to keep up to date on different tools and trends for social media.

8. To constantly think of new ideas on how to improve our social media in terms of content and creativity.

9. To assist with packaging of online orders and/or beauty orders during peak periods and/or when Admin Asst is not available.

10. To assist with the marketing team on any marketing or social media related activities as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
