**Responsibilities**:
The HR Social Media Executive will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate the talent attraction strategies by bringing modern methods and tactics to the recruitment process to attract top talent to work at Shopper360 Group. This includes communication and marketing initiatives for the Company through various social media channels to create, post, and distribute content daily. The HR Social Media Executive will be required to write and create original content, post, and monitor social media platforms.

**Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns, both internally and externally, to include newsletters, e-blasts, and ensures recruitment presence on all social media platforms
- Create and manage innovative and engaging social media contents designed to build the brand and attract, engage, and retain talents.
- Write creative copy and coordinate the creation of on-brand social media platforms
- Post job advertisement content to all social media platforms
- Facilitate community management on all social media platforms.
- Provide the first point of contact for all events and social media requests and queries related to Shopper360 social media platforms
- Identify the latest trends in the digital and social media landscape - platforms, engagement, experience, performance and tools, and put forward ideas for how Shopper360 should adapt to these changes, with relevance to overall recruitment goals
- Coordinate and project manage company's calendar of events (including career fair and recruitment networking events ) to ensure all team members are aligned to maximize recruitment results
- Develop and maintain an effective recruiting network and relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders for a interactive social media strategies to attract potential talents.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- Possess minimum of 2 years of experience working with social media platforms maintenance (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) & experience with emerging social media platforms
- An enthusiastic and organized team player, with an adaptable personality who enjoys working in a collaborative team in person and remotely
- Strong knowledge and experience of working with social media platforms and an understanding of their algorithms in a business context
- An active interest in social media, an understanding of what makes for an engaging piece of social media content, and a view on the latest social trends
- Experience of using, understanding and managing social media channels in a business/corporate context
- A creative eye and strong copywriting/editorial experience, able to turn detailed corporate content into engaging social media content
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
