As a Halal Executive at Richiamo Coffee Sdn Bhd, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products and services comply with halal standards and certifications. This role requires attention to detail, thorough knowledge of halal certification requirements, and the ability to liaise with suppliers, certification bodies, and internal teams to maintain compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure that all ingredients, products, and services meet halal standards throughout the supply chain, from sourcing to final delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of halal certification documents, audits, and reports for internal use and external verification.
- **Supplier Liaison**: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all products meet halal requirements and maintain proper certification for raw materials and ingredients.
- **Internal Training**: Educate and train staff on halal standards, procedures, and practices to ensure company-wide compliance.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new products are developed and marketed according to halal standards.
- **Audit Preparation**: Prepare for and assist with audits conducted by halal certification bodies, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are in place.
- **Customer Communication**: Respond to inquiries related to halal products, certifications, and compliance from customers or other stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on trends and changes in halal certification regulations and standards, and recommend improvements to maintain compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in halal certification, food safety, or a related role preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with halal standards, certification processes, and relevant regulations (JAKIM or similar authorities).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in halal food management or similar fields.
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry, particularly with halal products.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
