Managing the documentation and ensure the data in the documents are up to date
- Liaise with supplier in gathering products information;
- Create a QC schedule for final products lab test and ensure the products are send for lab test within the date range as per schedule;
- Work closely with Manager in ensuring the data collected are correct and files are well kept;
- Responsible to the preparation, submission and maintaining of various certification, i.e. Halal, Mesti, GMP and HACCP;
- Handling of customer complaint including inspecting the root cause of the complaint, keep the complaint data for further reference and ensure the complaint is closed and re-train staff if needed;
- Develop and verified Raw Material Masterlist to any product changes, raw material, supplier, product and process flow from Approved Supplier List;
- Monitoring and ensuring that raw material, packaging material and sample used in premises is meeting the Halal requirement;
- Ensure staff are following the SOP created regarding halal and other certifications requirement;
- Liaise with JAKIM regarding new SOP and circular;
- Collecting and updating halal certificates for raw materials;
- Conduct sensory evaluation and efficacy of developed products;
- Improve product formulation and processes to optimize sales, productivity, and cost;
- Manage product classification, labelling, registration, testing, and certification processes;
- Provide product analysis reports (“COA”) to management in a timely manner.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
