**Responsibilities**
- The preparation of the company's QA/QC manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Control and the distribution of all the company's quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
- Attend client quality management meetings.
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the customer's representatives.
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Handle customer complaints and provide corrective action to improve the problem. Action and close all customer complaints.
- Production line inspection to maintain hygiene and document records. Handling and inspecting incoming raw material and finished goods. Monitoring the overall factory hygiene and cleanliness. Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Assist in warehouse daily jobs (Inspect the quality of the items before sending them out to customers.
- Review and check the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR). Maintain accurate and organized records of QA/QC activities. Manage COA of the item received.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
- Responsible to train the employees on food safety and workers' behaviors during working.
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
- Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing and able to communicate with all levels of people in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): - Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Possess own transportation and are willing to travel intensively
- A team player with a high degree of honesty and integrity
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and SQL software.
- Superb computer competence, including database management
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
