Who are we?

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Cocoaland)'s journey has been one of reinvention – from our humble beginnings as a family-owned, local snacks and fruit gummy producer to now a major confectionary manufacturer that is listed on Bursa. Today, Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary ofFraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB), after a full acquisition on 4 November 2022.

What will you do?

Safety, Health & Environment

  • Support and adhere to all management safety, health and environment policies, direction and values. Maintains industrial harmony and ensures compliance to all labour laws related.

Quality Management

  • Accountable for in-process and finished goods quality management program to ensure in-process and finished goods comply with established specifications.
  • To assist for verification activities of in-process and finished goods to ensure manufacturing activities carried on according to specifications.
  • To assist in conduct validation and verification program to ensure the food safety and quality program are effective and implemented in accordance with the HACCP plan.
  • To be proactive and escalate to superior if observed any out of specification.
  • To support in managing manpower accordance to production operation

Regulatory Management

  • Ensure the compliance of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Functional Skills and Capabilities required

  • Experienced and possess good knowledge in implementation of HACCP standards.
  • Has strong written and oral communication skills, able to work collaboratively with stakeholder from internal and external of organization.
  • Be a strong team player, demonstrating leadership aligned with F&N Global Value of 3Cs (Collaboration, Creating Values and Care for Stakeholders).
  • Uphold QA support level, timely response to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Multitasking and good time management, to ensure deliver as per project timeline.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance required.
  • Willing to spend time on site to support stakeholder in trouble shooting / problem solving.

About you?

  • At least diploma holder in Food Technology, Food Science or related Science / Engineering fields
  • Has minimum 1 years working experience in QA/QC of food industry, product development in relevant industry is added advantage.
  • Bilingual – English/ Malay will be beneficial.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in FSSC22000 is added advantage.
  • Willing to work on Shift Basis.
