· Assist in inspections of raw materials, manufactured components, and finished products.

· Support the QA team in documenting quality checks, test results, and reports.

· Analyze QC inspection reports and identify recurring issues or non-conformances.

· Lead root cause investigations and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Continuously improve processes to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.

· Ensure quality records are properly filed and maintained in line with company standards.

· Help monitor manufacturing and installation processes to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Support the investigation of non-conformances, defects, or customer issues, and help track corrective actions.

· Assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

· Provide support during internal and external audits.

· Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to embed quality into every stage of the process.

· Carry out basic data entry, reporting, and follow-ups for quality-related activities.

· Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety requirements, and company standards.

· Collaborate with production, installation, and design teams to identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions.

· Maintain and update quality documentation (inspection reports, test records, certificates of conformity).

· Assist in customer complaints investigations, ensuring issues are documented and resolved promptly.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and optimize processes.

· Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.

· Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management and Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
