Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you are responsible in handling and maintaining a full set of accounts and financial statement independently, prepare monthly management reporting and analysis including notes to accounts and work alongside relevant stakeholders / departments in the company.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
1. Handling of daily account operation activities; such as processing AR/AP transactions and updating ledgers
2. Ensuring all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained
3. Ensuring the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner
4. Responsible for regular reconciliation of bank balances
5. Reviewing and monitoring day to day activities related to credit and collections and payments
6. Handling of petty cash claim reimbursement
7. Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary ie. Auditor, tax agent, bankers
8. Handling any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management
**Job Requirement**:
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Knowledge in common computer software such as Microsoft Office Applications and able to learn and use Accounting Software
- Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage
- Having self-initiative at work, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
- Prefer Mandarin speaking Malaysian.
