**Job Scope**:

- Host **interactive and entertaining live shows** (e.g. talk shows, game sessions, singing, chatting, storytelling).
- Build **personal brand or channel personality** to attract and retain followers.
- Interact with viewers via live comments and shoutouts.
- Create a **consistent streaming schedule** and collaborate with other hosts or influencers.
- May include **fan engagement activities**, such as giveaways, fan meetings (virtual), or exclusive content.
- Occasionally promote sponsored content or virtual gifts.
- **Find and reach out to potential live hosts** (e.g. on social media, via referrals, or casting platforms).
- Explain platform benefits, salary structure (base + commission), and support system.
- Help onboard and train new hosts (basic live streaming tips, rules, and branding).
- Track performance of recruited hosts and provide support.
- Coordinate with **management or talent agencies** for campaigns and targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
