**What's your job like?
1. Financial reporting and monitoring accounts

2. Preparing Financial Projections and Business Plan

3. Analyse financial activities and provide a proposal to Management on future financial plans

4. Annual Audit and Tax Filing

5. Cashflow Management

6. Prepare cost-benefit analysis/feasibility study for new projects

7. Internal control and process improvement

**Who are we looking for?
1. A strong leader who possesses a Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent

2. Good communicator and presenter

3. At least 5 years of working Experience

4. Experience in the property's industry will be an added advantage.
