**Duties and Responsibility**
- Responsible for monitoring of work by contract cleaner, landscape contractor, pest control contractor and waste disposal contractor follow the Mall’s standard of cleanliness and schedule.
- Inspect all areas to ensure cleanliness of the mall are upkeep according to the standard in order to maintain the positive image of the mall.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and equipment closely. Replenish as and when necessary.
- Ensure cleaner’s grooming are standard and hygiene are kept as top priority.
- Attend to and resolve complaints or requests pertaining to mall cleanliness issues with tact and promptness.
- Participate in a regular meeting with cleaning contractor and Manager in order to provide progress reports and address issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
