**Job Overview**:
**We are looking for Malaysians fluent in Arabic to join our growing FX and CFDs brokerage team. You will provide customer support to Arabic-speaking clients, manage funding operations, and ensure smooth back-office and KYC processes.**:
**What will you do**:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other funding activities.
- Conduct KYC verifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.

**Who are we looking for**:

- ** Malaysian citizen or resident.**:

- ** Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across written and verbal channels.**:

- ** Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both written and spoken interactions.**:

- ** Prior experience in customer support, funding, or back-office operations within the financial services industry is preferred.**:
