**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
- **Ingredient Management**: Measure, mix, and manage ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling for freshness.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and optimize workflow.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in training programs to enhance baking skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a baker is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners willing to learn.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and bread varieties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
