**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Operational Management**
- Plan, organize, and oversee bakery production schedules to ensure timely output and consistent product quality.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply chain to minimize waste and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (HACCP, FDA, or local equivalents).
- Supervise bakery staff — hiring, training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.

**2. Quality Assurance**
- Maintain and enforce quality control standards for all products.
- Implement feedback systems for continuous product improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and freshness.

**3. Sales Growth & Business Development**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales (retail, wholesale, catering, and online).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities — cafes, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Work with marketing to launch new products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor activity to guide pricing and product decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs to ensure continuous revenue growth.

**4. Financial Management**
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Track operational and sales performance metrics; generate periodic financial and performance reports.
- Recommend cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies.

**5. Customer Experience & Brand Reputation**
- Oversee customer feedback systems to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure product displays, packaging, and service meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand image and local market presence.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
