Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog & label goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Developing excellent relationships with suppliers and communicating about any issues or concerns that arise.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Update, evaluation or maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Monitoring existing warehouse, logistic and shipping systems and making suggestions for improvements when needed.
- Creating and enforcing policies and practices for warehouse, logistics and shipping activities that focus on effectiveness sustainability, and efficiency.
- Ensure all operation comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Logistics:

- Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
- Plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
- Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.

Warehouse:

- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, resolving problems, identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfer with related department.
- Delivery supplies to department by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains the storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvement.
- Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Shipping:

- Plan and implement overall shipping strategy.
- Oversee the whole shipping process.
- Set shipping KPIs to prepare and present KPI reports.
- Suggest solutions for process optimization.
- Control budget of the shipping department.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (such as warehouse workers, vendors, purchasing managers, suppliers etc.).
- Select carriers and negotiate contract and rates for better pricing.
- Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
