Our client was established in 1975. They have serve the country with variety type of food and noodles such as Yellow Noodle (Mee Kuning), Kuey Teow, Yee Mee, Mee Hoon, Laksa Panjang, Laksa Pendek, Cili Boh and many more.

**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise production workers and make sure factory operation runs smoothly.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations and efficiency.
- Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers to make sure they are competent in given task.
- Collaborating with QC Dept to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Overseeing in maintenance work and schedule.
- Overseeing few departments such as Production, QAQC, R&D, Warehouse, Maintenance & Engineering.
- Responsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping_
- Plan, organized, directed, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations.
- Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
- Allocate resources effectively and thoroughly utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, and related fields.
- Proven experience in food manufacturing or processing in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Familiar with food safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Familiar with food manufacturing equipment and technology.
- Possessed strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

**Remuneration**

MYR 8,000 - 10,000

**Consultant in Charge**

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
