**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive product plans to build a social security system which meets the requirements of the end users.
- Create detailed product plans in planning, executing, leading and delivering of a social security system to ensure its ultimate success.
- Coordinate with various product management and tech team members in all phases of the product, from initial development to the end success of a social security system.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on product status to line managers.
- Manage product budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency of a social security system.
- Proactively identify, assess and manage risks and issues that could impact product delivery and implement contingency plans to any product-related challenges.
- Ensure the timely delivery of the social security system while meeting quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and complying with company policies.
- Maintain thorough product documentation, including product plans, technical specifications, progress reports and post-product evaluations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Product Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master) are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of product management.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT product management, with a proven experience of successfully managing and delivering a social security system in a software development environment.
- Possess strong proficiency in product management tools such as Microsoft Product, Teams for Collaboration, SharePoint and the others.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills.
- Able to liaise with diverse types of people at all levels effectively and professionally.
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Malay in both written and verbal form.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve the successful implementation of the social security system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex product challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
