Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Account Manager. The role involves managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, generating new leads, and expanding the client base. The Sales Account Manager will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of Agrius IT services. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and business growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, particularly data center services, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
