Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Capable of effectively managing accounts, building long-term relationships, and navigating complex corporate sales processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure CRM databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order & Payment Tracking: Monitor and track orders and payment statuses, performing follow-ups with clients whenever necessary to ensure timely closures.
  • Client Support: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.

Requirements:

  • Client Experience: The candidate must have extensive experience working with both SME and CORPORATE clients.
  • Resilience: Must be able to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, particularly regarding pipeline management and payment tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
