**What You’ll Do**:
We are looking for a **Admin cum Account Assistant** to support our Sales Team & Accounts Department. If you are organized, proactive, and responsible, we want you in our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Sales Team in preparing delivery orders, invoices, customer updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with the operations team.
- Update and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and accurate stock records (stock in/out, showroom display items, labelling).
- Support Accounts Department with payment tracking, customer records, accounts payable/receivable, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Use SQL Accounting Software to prepare basic accounting records and assist with financial documentation.
- Organize office and factory tasks, schedule appointments, prepare meeting documents, and handle general administrative duties.
- Maintain filing systems, ensure confidentiality, and manage office supplies and communications.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to maintain good working relationships.
- Provide receptionist support when required and assist in resolving office-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and SQL Accounting Software.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting is an added advantage.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
