We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team in Nusajaya. **Responsibilities**:
As the Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all safety operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Safety Regulations Compliance**: Ensure that all site activities comply with local and international safety regulations and standards.
- **Safety Policies Implementation**: Implement and enforce the company’s safety policies, procedures, and guidelines on the construction site.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- **Safety Training**: Provide safety training and inductions to all site personnel, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety protocols.
- **Incident Reporting**: Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
- **Safety Audits**: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conducting drills and training sessions to ensure readiness.
- **Safety Equipment Management**: Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and used correctly by all site personnel.
- **Safety Meetings**: Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks, fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and audits, and provide regular reports to management.
- **ESH Practices**: Promote Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- **Support Construction Team**: Work closely with the construction team to integrate safety measures into all aspects of project operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to safety procedures.
- **Additional Duties**: Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role within the construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective safety measures.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., NIOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage.
