Start Date: ASAP
- Filming & Editing:
Record & edit weekly podcast episodes (30-45 min format).

Produce 8-12 short clips per episode for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Shorts, and YouTube Shorts.

Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for vlogs & audience engagement.

Edit videos for live selling sessions, ads, and promotional content.
- Creative Direction:
Work independently to suggest creative angles, transitions, and video styles.

Stay updated with video trends, viral content formats, and social media best practices.

Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create interactive and engaging visual content.
- Technical & Production:
Manage & maintain camera, audio, lighting, and set equipment for high-quality output.

Ensure professional sound and video quality across all recordings.

Organize and archive video footage systematically for future edits.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and independent Videographer & Editor to join our creative team at Minihub Dato’ Onn. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about videography, editing, and storytelling, and is capable of managing their own workflow without micromanagement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
✔ Proven experience in videography & video editing (Portfolio Required).

✔ Proficiency in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

✔ Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats.

✔ Basic knowledge of podcast setup (audio, camera, lighting).

✔ Able to work independently & manage projects without micromanagement.

✔ Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.

✔ Bonus: Experience in motion graphics & basic animation is a plus but not required.
