Position: Admin Assistant

Working Days/Hours: 5 days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Bandar Dato Onn, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor

Salary: RM 3,500

Petrol: Claimable

Company Specialisation: Construction and Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit project sites to collect workers' punch cards and assist in payroll calculation
  • Collect utility bills (water/electricity) from workers' accommodations and handle expense claims
  • Manage petty cash
  • Handle administrative paperwork
  • Prepare quotation, delivery order (DO), and invoice

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Must have relevant admin work experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of work flexibility and responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
