1) Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.

2) Plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary. On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee.

3) Managing the Admin processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.

4) Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

5) Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.

6) Work with cleaning company and ensure the cleanliness of the office and factory.

7) Work with security guard company and ensure the safety duty to be carry out as per SOP.

8) Coordinate and supervise office maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Liaising with external vendors when necessary.

9) Record all the office assets and submit to Finance Accounting.

10) Routine office facility checking.

11) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

12) Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.

13) Work with outsource agencies on hostel and transportation management and make sure our workers are well control in hostel activities.

14) Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for international assignees and Management staff from HQ, customers and external auditors.

15) Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for business trip of SAMWA employees.

16) Procurement and inventory control of office supplies and pantry supplies.

17) Ensure on time payment request submission in system for all general affairs events.

18) Responsible for company’s contract agreements’ renewal for factory and hostel.

19) Assist in budget planning and expense management for general affairs and EHS activities.

20) Aid in the organization of office events, meetings, and other related activities.

21) Responsible for company car usage and compliance to its policy and procedures.

22) Renewal of road tax and insurance before their expiration.

23) Routine or ad-hoc repair and maintenance of company car.

24) Safely operate company car to transport staff, guests or goods as needed.

25) Monitor company driver’s attendance and scheduling.

26) To maintain proper filling for all respective document.

27) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.

28) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Requirements:
1) Diploma & above in Business studies / Management / Administration or At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar field/position.

2) Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is an added advantage.

3) Proficient Microsoft Office Skills.

4) Team player and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills.

5) Detail-oriented and possess good administration, analytical and problem-solving skills.

6) Other competences: Responsibility & independently, pro-active, attentive, team player

7) General Admin role. Prefer Chinese-speaking to liaise with China teams and customers

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
