Key Resposibilities:

- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, issues, and complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
- Keep track and make sure all invoices is submitted in timely manner
- 6 days working (alternate Saturday)
- Willing to work at Puchong

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service role (2-3 years experience)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and stay organized

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
