**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full spectrum of accounts including financial & management reporting
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with the requirements and regulations
- Manage budget and expenditure and oversee requirements for the team
- Plan, execute and manage daily operations
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for annual audit
- Liaise with bank with financial needs
- Liaise with Company Secretary
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
- Supervise month end closing to ensure prompt submission of financial reports

**Details**
- Timely preparation and delivery of Invoices to Customers
- Maintaining the account receivables balances, including update of payments received from Customers and the timely preparation and delivery of monthly statement of account (SOA) to Customers
- Ensure timely payment of staff claims and monthly expenses (rental, utilities, etc)
- Timely payment to Suppliers and Sub-contractors, in accordance to the approved Credit Terms
- Ensure to followup closely on the collection of payment from Customer
- Ensure payments are supported by relevant documents, genuine and are in order
- Monthly reconciliation of account receivable/payables balance
- Assist in the General Ledger section and other finance related functions
- Assist in the finalization of accounts
- Preparation of reports as required by the Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
